the patient, it is important to us that you receive the time and attention that you deserve at each visit. The doctor, the
doctor’s assistant or the registered hygienist, and their support staff make every effort to honor scheduled
appointment times, we ask that our patients please do the same.
In the interest of maintaining the fairness and integrity of our appointment system, and to assure the availability of appointments to our patients for necessary treatment, a 48 hour notice is necessary to avoid a charge if you are unable to keep the appointment time reserved exclusively for you.
