What type of positions do we hire people for?

Of course, we need experienced clinical people such as hygienists and assistants. But we also
need some “behind the scenes” people to do insurance, billing, accounting and ordering
supplies like toothbrushes for our patients to take home. Appointment specialists and
Treatment Coordinators are also needed to help our patients with appointments and assist
patients with financial and treatment questions. We all work together, striving to exceed our
patient’s customer service expectations. A friendly smile, concern for others and being a
“people” person are qualities we look for in all applicants.

We are selective in hiring, because taking excellent care of our patients is so important to us.
Teamwork is important to reaching our goal of treating others the way we wish to be treated.
It may sound old fashioned, but we feel respect, caring and work ethics never go out of style.
